Job Summary

The role is responsible for overseeing and managing all quality-related functions within the seamless knitting section. The position ensures that fabric quality consistently meets buyer specifications and industry standards while driving continuous improvement through effective quality control systems, audits, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all quality-related activities in the seamless knitting section.

• Ensure that fabric quality meets buyer specifications and required standards.

• Monitor and control knitting defects such as needle lines, holes, and GSM variation.

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Develop and maintain quality SOPs, checklists, and audit systems.

• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and dyeing teams to resolve quality issues.

• Lead internal audits and prepare for external and buyer audits.

• Train and develop quality inspectors and operators.

• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of quality KPIs, including DHU, RFT, and rejection rates.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality performance.
