• Strong understanding of garments manufacturing processes (cutting, sewing, finishing)

• Good knowledge of quality tools and standards (AQL, 5 Why, 5M1E, DHU calculation).

• Ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve quality issues effectively.

• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

• Strong Knowledge in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.

Job Context:

We are looking for a dynamic and quality-driven Executive – GPQ to ensure end-to-end product quality in our outerwear manufacturing operations. The role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on monitoring, and the ability to drive continuous quality improvement across the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure product quality from cutting to finishing stage in line with buyer requirements.

• Conduct inline, midline, and final inspections to control defects and maintain AQL standards.

• Monitor daily quality performance in sewing, finishing, and packing sections.

• Identify defects and take immediate corrective actions to minimize rework and rejection.

• Coordinate closely with Production, IE, and Finishing teams to ensure consistent quality output.

• Implement SOPs and quality procedures effectively on the production floor.

• Follow up and ensure closure of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Ensure compliance with buyer standards (Zara, Columbia, PVH etc) and internal quality systems.

• Train operators and quality inspectors on workmanship standards and defect prevention.

• Support internal and external audits and maintain audit readiness at all times.
