Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and establish the new merchandising division from the ground up
Identify and develop new business opportunities specially in European and UK markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, brands, and partners
Develop sourcing strategies to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards
Oversee the entire merchandising process from product development to shipment
Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to meet client requirements
Analyze market trends and provide strategic insights for business expansion
Ensure compliance with international standards and buyer requirements
Manage and mentor merchandising team members
