Job Summary: In-charge will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process of garment accessories such as offset printing item as like as hangtags, price tags, poly bags, label sticker paper, and packaging items. The role involves consumption, planning, coordinating, and supervising production teams to meet buyer requirements, maintain quality standards, and achieve on-time delivery while controlling costs and ensuring compliance with safety and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.

• Ensure smooth coordination between merchandising, planning, procurement, and quality control teams.

• Monitor raw material availability ( paper, ink and others metarials, etc.) to prevent production delays.

• Forecast production requirements based on buyer orders and shipment deadlines.

• Ensure compliance with company rules, global audit standards such as Customs, OEKO-TEX, FSC, GRS and RCS.

• Analyze production processes to reduce wastage, downtime, and production costs.

• Ensure proper line balancing and optimal utilization of manpower and machinery.

• Troubleshoot operational issues in real-time to avoid shipment delays.

• Supervise line supervisors, and machine operators.

• Build and develop a skilled and motivated workforce through regular training programs.

• Monitor performance and reward productivity and accountability.

• Foster teamwork and maintain a positive workplace culture.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production targets.

• Maintain proper documentation for buyer audits and compliance checks.

• Ensure accurate data entry in ERP systems or production tracking software.
