Additional Requirements:
Must have good knowledge on woven fabric specially denim.
Responsibilities & Context:
Evaluate fabric performance, appearance, and quality against buyer/brand specifications. Collaborate with fabric suppliers, mills, and internal teams for sourcing and development.
Provide technical support in fabric selection, testing, finishing, and approval processes.
Monitor lab dips, hand feel, shrinkage, GSM, color fastness, and other fabric parameters.
Conduct risk analysis on fabric types before bulk production to avoid potential quality issues.
Coordinate with QA and Production teams to resolve any fabric-related issue.
Stay updated on fabric trends, innovations, and new technologies in the textile industry.
