Job Location: This position is located at the factory of Opsonin Pharma Ltd. in Barishal
Major Job Responsibilities:
Analysis & documentation of Raw/Packaging Material, Bulk Product & Finished product as per procedure.
Preparation of working standard & documentation, CRS monitoring, control etc.
Preparation and standardization of volumetric solution and general reagent solution
Daily accuracy check and to ensure GLP at every stage of laboratory activity
Calibration of laboratory equipment`s
Sampling of Raw Materials
Responsible to analysis of validation sample as per validation protocol.
Prepare the method, specification, SOP relevant to Quality Control activity
Handling the OOS, Deviation & Laboratory Investigation
Conducting in self-inspection audit.
Inventory management of reagents, chemicals, standards, glassware, equipment spares.
To organize the retention sample, general housekeeping & disposal of test sample, expired sample etc.
