Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / M.Sc in Food technology/food science/microbiology/or relevant subjects
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive Quality & Food Safety Compliance at SCC
∎ Drive system excellence at SCC by auditing & advise the corrective action plan if there is any variance:
∎ Involve in product testing specially Dough, CLD & Vegetable
∎ Sample testing of received RM from every consignment
∎ All 3rd party test need to be done (monthly water test, yearly vegetable test, Flour test)
∎ Monitor & report Cold, Frozen, Warehouse cleaning & sanitation.
∎ Monitor & report master cleaning & sanitation.
∎ Check & report the SOP for vehicle cleaning.
∎ Monitor & report temperature guideline to all temperature controlled area.
∎ Lead monthly audit in Commissary & WH by following Domino’s SOP & report NC’s in a proactive manner.
∎ Facility audit for any external stakeholder as & when required
∎ Assess food safety issue, documentation, product quality
∎ Pest Control & Preventive measure at SCC.
∎ Team training on HACCP, hygiene and food safety
∎ Other responsibility as per management guideline
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience candidate in food industry will get preference.
∎ Good knowledge of production related activities
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Candidate’s with QA professional certification will get preference.
Salary: Negotiable
