Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Quality Management System (QMS)
∎ Conduct periodical internal audit for FSC, TQP & QMS.
∎ Reduce defect rate and work for zero defect
∎ Investigate the root cause for each NCR of defect.
∎ Analyze non-conformity and work for the solution
∎ Support in lab/ IQC if necessary
∎ Engage all employees in quality process.
∎ Any other assignment given by QA manager/ Unit lead

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge and experience about QMS of similar industry.
∎ Strong communication skill in English and Bangla
∎ Good competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)

Salary: Negotiable
