Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 31 years
- At least 2-5 years' experience as Sr. Executive/Executive - QMS in any renowned 100% export oriented Woven bottom RMG industry
- Quality troubleshooting, Critical problem solving, Technical skill on the quality issues
- Statistical and data-driven quality control
- Must have good command over MS Office program.
- Must have excellent verbal & written communication skill in English.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and integrity.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Ensure quality policies and objectives are established and aligned with the organisation goals.
- Coordinate internal and external audits; follow up on findings and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct weekly/monthly data analysis, track KPIs, and apply RCA & CAP to address discrepancies and efficiency gaps.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, Quality Manual, and documentation control, including record master files
- Follow up, monitor and supervise QMS requirements in the factory.
- Implement Total Quality Management for Continual Improvement.
- Implement all technical requirements of the buyer for technical audit.
- Implementation of appropriate Quality procedure in every section.
- Work with customer representative for a better understanding of quality requirements
- Provide training to staff on QMS procedures and quality standards.
- Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with departments to ensure process consistency and compliance.
- To implement 5S / TQM in the factory.
