• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biochemistry

• Minimum B.Sc in Chemistry/ Biochemistry or Food Technology.

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage

• Experience on edible oil or food industries quality control.

• Knowledge about IQC & Inline Quality control.

• Good knowledge about ISO 9001:2000; ISO 17025:2005 & ISO 15189.

EC Organic Products Limited (a subsidiary of East Coast Group) is seeking a competent candidate for the position of Executive, QC & Lab, who will be responsible for the following tasks-

• Test edible oils (FFA, Acid Value, Peroxide Value, Iodine Value, Vitamins) and packaging materials.

• Check product stability, retention samples, and compare with competitor products.

• Set and maintain standards for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.

• Handle product complaints, find root causes, and take corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (FSMS, QMS, HACCP, BSTI, BFSA).

• Coordinate with third-party labs and work closely with production and supply chain teams.

• Keep records and documents like TDS, MSDS, and COA up to date.

• Use and maintain lab instruments properly and prepare test reagents as needed.
