∎ Candidate must possess excellent planning execution skills as well
∎ Production planning
∎ Production Planning and Control (PPC)
∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
∎ Hands-on experience of using the ERP module.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Planning & its SOP.
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare the customer-wise monthly report for the factory & merchandising team.
∎ Conduct weekly meeting with management & merchandising team.
∎ Update the master chart to make a proper customer-wise database.
∎ Analyze the open capacity of enlisted factories and confirm capacity booking based on the order projection.
∎ Make production plans factory-wise and buyer-wise according to the factory plan to ensure each shipment is on time.
∎ Tracking of fabric & trims in-house to ensure the input on time as per the plan.
∎ Analyze the daily production reports.
∎ Inform the factory management if any fallback is shown in the reports for immediate steps to recover the production fallbacks.
∎ Make a weekly inspection schedule for the quality team based on the production status.
∎ Make weekly exception report for management.
