Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receiving Production Requirements through the system/e-mail/phone call and developing a Production Plan accordingly.
∎ Constantly Supervising that the production process (Morning, Evening, and Night Shift) is going smoothly according to the plan.
∎ Achieving Daily Production Targets.
∎ Managing and optimizing production schedules, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources and budget.
∎ Preparing Dispatch Sheet as per the requirements received through the system/email/ phone call and making sure that all the items are delivered as per the plan.
∎ Controlling/Monitoring the movement of delivery vehicles. Maintaining constant communication with Airport Catering Operations.
∎ Managing and controlling all production staff and getting their best output. Ensuring quality of products.
∎ Ensuring the safety of the workers. Maintaining Operation Preemies Clean and Tidy.
∎ Any other duties & responsibilities assigned by the Management.
