Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
∎ B.Sc in Industrial & Production Engineering from any recognized Public or Private University.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: GSD Certified
∎ Skills Required: Negotiation Skills, Strong analytical ability

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Costing, Knit garments, SMV

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyses rolling plan and recap & collect samples from Pattern & Design accordingly
∎ Identify critical process and find best methods, discussion with Pattern & Design
∎ Prepares Operation Breakdown with analysis through GSD
∎ Provides finalized OB to production Floor as per Provisional Plan
∎ Provide bulk SMV to Plan
∎ Maintain video library & updates the same in case of introduction of any new processes
∎ Operation Standardization through GSD
∎ Cross check given SMV with production floor IE's and in case of updating of SMV, updates the same to Planning
∎ Check line learning curve achievement & target are accurate as per given SMV in Daily reports
∎ Verify given LC's in MB plan
∎ Maintain Incentive scheme on Production floor
∎ Practical Knowledge of work place Engineering in floor as per given SMV/Method
∎ Costing SMV analyze by the referring Tech pack is added advantage
∎ GSD License/certificate is essential

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
