Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Textile Engineering, Garment Manufacturing, or Quality Control.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive production audit program to ensure compliance with established standards, including monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators.
∎ Assist in conducting regular audits of the production process to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to established procedures.
∎ Work closely with the production team to identify and resolve any issues, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
∎ Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure that all parties are working collaboratively and effectively.
∎ Assist in managing a team of production auditors and provide coaching and training as needed to ensure that all audits are conducted effectively and efficiently.
∎ Analyze audit data and provide regular reports to the General Manager - Production Audit, identifying trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of the production process are aligned with company goals and objectives.
∎ Stay current on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements to the production process.
∎ Assist in managing the budget for the production audit department.
∎ Support the General Manager - Production Audit in providing strategic leadership to the production audit department and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3+ years of experience in garment production management, including experience in auditing and quality control.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
∎ Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to garment production.
∎ Ability to work independently and take initiative to identify and implement process improvements.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software.
