Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and execute a strong procurement strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
- Identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and negotiate favorable terms.
- Cultivate strong relationships with vendors.
- Monitor supplier performance, resolve disputes, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Follow up on interior work (civil & construction work)
- Forecast demand and plan inventory levels for regular items.
- Stay informed about geopolitical changes, currency fluctuations, and supply chain disruptions.
- Create more procurement sources, analyze bills, and make B/O.
- Maintain raw material database & update regularly.
- Uphold ethical standards in all interactions with vendors.
- Market and supplier visit.
