Job Responsibilities:
Manage the supply and procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, stationery and other essentials for Dinajpur unit.
Analyze the supply market for paddy & rice and provide reports on cultivation, harvest & supply projections to the supervisors.
Maintain relationship with different paddy & rice vendors and identify alternative suppliers.
Organize farmer groups for direct paddy purchases.
Conduct regular market survey and share market price update with the procurement team.
Monitor daily stock and ensure delivery of paddy and rice.
Purchase packaging materials for paddy and rice with the necessary approval.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the department head.
Perform any other task as directed by management.
