Job Context:
∎ Factory based job.
∎ Factory location: Sreepur, Gazipur
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement the purchase policy and follow them strictly.
∎ Collect purchase orders and purchase requisitions from the concerned department.
∎ Collect quotations from vendor & complete Price negotiation.
∎ Prepare the supplier's evaluation report before order confirmation.
∎ Prepare comparative statements and take approval from Management.
∎ Prepare purchase order for vendor Send purchase order to the suppliers.
∎ Monitor deliveries against the orders. Track the status of purchase orders. Receive and check the invoice.
∎ Deal with non supplied, under orders, over orders, and damaged goods. Prepare daily/weekly purchase reports to the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should Have Knowledge Bangladesh poultry industry.
∎ Computer proficiency.
∎ Communication skills.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Written and Verbal Communication skills both in English and Bengali.
∎ Inter- personal communication skills.
∎ Must be energetic, sincere, and strict to principle.
Salary: Negotiable
