About the Role
Greenland Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive, Procurement to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or early career professionals who want to grow in procurement and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials and services.
- Prepare and maintain purchase orders, invoices, and vendor contracts.
- Communicate with suppliers and ensure timely delivery.
- Support vendor evaluation, documentation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet procurement needs.
