Additional Requirements:
SCM or relevant experiences including, spares, Industrial, CAPEX/Project management, Indirect Procurement.
SCM Local /International certifications will be added advantages.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage functional responsibilities including PR monitoring, Offer Collection, CS preparation, PO issuing, ensure on time in full Delivery, supplier payment and vendor KPI monitoring.
Assist to category manager for proper Spend management, Stakeholder coordination`s, Sustainable procurement and H&S in the top priority.
Source and secure the sustainable supply of goods & services while adding maximum value to the business for CAPEX & OPEX purchase.
Help to category manager to develop the short-term and long-term strategies, Procurement Plan, Category Budget preparation and set the implementation road map for achieving the targets.
Lead the job early involvement, initiation and execution phase, issuing order, managing LC, complete P2P process, Contract management and Supplier Relationship Management.
Coordinate with the department’s functional activities to complete the task within time.
Report Preparation and present accordingly.
Others as assigned by line management and function.
