Job Context:
∎ Executive, PMD for Seed & Crop Care Division
∎ Job Location: Head Office, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify new business scope, markets & prepare strategic business plan for Company benefit.
∎ Conduct frequent meeting with Farmers, Distributors & Agriculture offices etc.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Sound knowledge about crops, pests attack and pesticides used in agriculture field in Bangladesh.
∎ New product sourcing, Launching & registration formalities etc.
∎ Promotional materials development, allocation to files force & others.
∎ Build & maintain strong relationships with key customers & distributors.
∎ Analyze sales data, market trends & product performance metrics.
∎ Conducting monthly conference
∎ Training to the field force.
∎ Able to find quick solution in critical situation.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Experience in the related field will be preferable.

∎ Candidates must have to be smart, energetic & dynamic
Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
Advanced computer skills on MS Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skill in Bengali and English.
