Job Context:
∎ Job Position: Executive PMD
∎ Job Location: Head Office, Dhaka, Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Product Development Animal Health Division and Aqua Division.
∎ Develop and update product manual and provide training to the field force.
∎ Conduct frequent meeting with Farmers and Consultant.
∎ Prepare monthly action plan in line with yearly marketing plan, product performance and competitor’s activities.
∎ Formulate strategies and promotional campaign to achieve the target.
∎ Monitor the product wise daily performance.
∎ Review the development status of new products and provide required inputs.
∎ Allocate the promotional materials and monitor their distribution.
∎ Conduct monthly meeting, conference, scientific seminars and Field visit.
∎ Assist sales team to meet the monthly and yearly target.
∎ Frequent and objective reporting towards authority.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ 2-3 years experience in the relevant field will be preferable.
∎ Computer literacy is must.
Salary: Negotiable
