Job Responsibilities:
∎ New plaza/Showroom acquisition in cities, districts, upazilla's & thana's across the country.
∎ New Plaza Vendor Control, Supervise, Follow up and inspection, Work process follow up as per guideline.
∎ Existing Plaza's Branding Materials up gradation and follow up
∎ Contacting all the new plaza Landlord to complete and ensure all kind Civil works of new plaza inner and outer side as per agreement
∎ Supervision and cross check all the new plaza working materials and design and quality up to marks as per 3d layout design and work order.
∎ Coordinating full phase plaza department assigned task
∎ Operating new plaza's opening process like Milad event processing, Monitoring, Miking , prepare balloon gate, snacks etc. plan and execute as per management direction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
∎ Excellent Negotiation and Influencing Skills.
∎ Customer orientation and customer service.
∎ Good Leadership skill.
