Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)/ Master of Science (MSc) in Agriculture, Biotechnology, Biochemistry & Plant breeding.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
plant tissue culture
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The primary responsibility is to prepare appropriate Production Plan and Strategy to achieve the organization goal for implement effective Production Budget and cost effective plantlet production.
∎ Supervise, maintain and collect data/parameter of different experimental studies and enter data in computer and report it in proper time and analyses the report and prepare action plan to fix in experiment.
∎ Preparing and maintaining appropriate Lab SOP for each.
∎ Having knowledge about Laminar Hood for Plant Multiplying.
∎ Ready to complete desired plant regeneration protocol in "In Vitro Technique"
∎ Working with vegetable and fruits cultivation, management and production.
∎ Control the administration of the project and ensure timely reporting.
∎ Collaborating closely with the Field Production, Quality Control, Seed Processing & Preservation Team, Marketing and Sales Team.
∎ Prepare Marketing Strategy, Procedures and Setup Goals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in relevant field will be given preference
∎ Have practical knowledge on production planning and production process
∎ Basic knowledge in planning and execution of research works as well as product evaluation activities.
∎ Solution driven, smart, approachable and possesses ability to work with people from different backgrounds
∎ Must have skill of multitasking
∎ Properly manage any unwanted situation
