Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Masters in any discipline from a reputed University.
∎ (English / Mathematics / Textile background will be preferable).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with merchandising and obtain customer specifications, prepare / update block book plan and reserve plant capacities accordingly in order to meet timely delivery of garments to the customer
∎ Analyze and review customer confirmation, prepare capacity plans and other production functional plans, update relevant planning boards / systems / documents and ensure availability of resources and its practical utility in order to facilitate the smooth production operation whilst achieving delivery targets
∎ Prepare and update reports / documents / systems relating to raw material planning, periodical planning, ordering, status tracking, capacity budgeting to facilitate production operations and management decision
∎ Attend meetings such as pre-production, production and discuss / verify, production / technical related issues and determine the effective resolution in order to ensure smooth flow of production process
∎ Review and analyses actual production against plan and inform relevant parties about significant deviations in order to ensure corrective action is taken immediately to achieve delivery targets
∎ Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Fluent English & Bangla, including strong English report writing skills
∎ Good command of MS software Products: Word, Excel, Outlook
∎ Works & Solves problems independently
∎ Thinks both logically, creativity & innovation skill
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Excel will be definite advantage.
