Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in IPE
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering/ Industrial Engineering, Bachelor Degree/ Masters in any Science Discipline from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to prepare factory production plan to ensure optimized utilization of capacity and on time customer delivery
∎ Responsible to track and monitor achievement against Factory plans and sub-plans, and recommend modifications as required to achieve targets
∎ Prepare analysis and forecasts of Plant capacity and efficiency parameters and maintain appropriate documentation and records
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should possess strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire staff.
∎ Strong Computer literacy is must.
∎ Ensure any other job assigned by the reporting authority.
∎ Minimum 2 years of IE experience in a woven/ knit garments Industry
∎ Excellent communication skill (both written and spoken) in English is a mandatory prerequisite.
∎ Should have business acumen and clear understanding of processes in different functions.
∎ Open to continuous self learning process.
∎ Should possess enthusiasm, interpersonal skill and be an excellent team player.
