∎ A university graduate degree preferably in computer science, Management, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer skill, Microsoft Excel, payroll management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Major responsibility is to prepare and maintain piece rate & regular salary sheets through payroll software by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
∎ Maintaining piece rate by following policies and procedures
∎ To check daily attendance and maintain absenteeism records.
∎ Updating employee basic personal information into payroll (ERP) and upgrade time to time (including Promotion, Increment, Transfer, etc.).
∎ Preparing monthly piece rate wages/salary sheet by comparing related records & documents.
∎ Preparing monthly joining & resignation status.
∎ Review Master Information of personnel on monthly basis and make the necessary updates, if required.
∎ Maintaining absolute discretion and maturity in handling sensitive/confidential data.
∎ Ensuring the final settlement of resigned employees on time (for both workers and staff)
∎ Handling officers' and workers' Database (Personal File Management), Leaves, and Attendance Management.
∎ Any other tasks are given by HRD & Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
