Candidates must have to work experience in a Lingerie Factory.
Candidates must need to operate Gerber software.
Responsibilities & Context:
Create initial development and concept patterns (using CAD software Gerber) based on design specifications, sketches, or sample garments.
Participate in fitting sessions (on dummies or live models) and provide technical advice on product development and required modifications.
Create scaled-up and scaled-down versions of the master pattern to produce the garment in a full range of sizes while maintaining the original fit and proportions.
Develop detailed technical specification sheets (tech packs), including pattern schematics, measurement charts, material call-outs, and sewing instructions, for the manufacturing teams.
Determine the best layout of pattern pieces to minimize material waste and calculate fabric and trim consumption for costing and production planning.
