Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in EEE/ ETE from any reputed Institute / University is preferable
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Mobile Manufacturing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead Packing line and working according to the production plan and Packing SOP.
∎ Received production order, documents, SOP and give feedback to the relevant departments of production.
∎ People Management in Packing Line.
∎ Review production plan with capacity & strength.
∎ Daily, weekly and monthly report to production manager.
∎ Statistics of production data, whether there is any producing anomaly should be feedback to superior in time.
∎ Replace temporary absences personnel work on line support quickly
∎ Maintain ESD and environment safety before start production.
∎ According to the production orders receive and issue the material to production line, check the order number, BOM version, material number and quantity.
∎ Coordinate with warehouse to ensure smooth production.
∎ Regular inspection of materials.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ People management in factory production
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) in both Bengali and English & presentation skills.
∎ Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, Power point
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Able to lead the team, give feedback & motivate the team members.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within given lead time
