Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage day-to-day shift wise factory HR operation.
∎ Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with company objective and philosophy and ensure their implementation.
∎ Maintain employee records includes personal file, leave, attendance, etc.
∎ Analyze the staff/worker vacancy status and initiate for recruitment to fulfil the vacancy.
∎ Monitor absenteeism, labor turnover, complain and grievance to alert the management of implementing personnel problems so that they can be checked in time.
∎ Support line management as it relates to employee relation issues.
∎ Follow up factory housekeeping issue and maintaining health and safety related issues.
∎ Monitor the cleaners, supervisor, office assistant & safety issues to keep the premises safe & secured.
∎ Assist in employee’s job evaluation process and prepare salary structure as per job grade.
