We are seeking a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent communication skills to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
Plan and execute Sales visits and phone calls based on agency’s targeted customer profiles.
Promote CMA CGM Group Services and Non-Maritime products such as e-commerce, Value-Added Services (VAS), and intermodal solutions.
Identify commercial opportunities in the market, develop market share, and enhance revenue in line with the commercial strategy.
Maintain updated commercial data and customer feedback in CRM systems (Opportunities, leads, contacts).
Achieve targets in Sales Visits, Phone Calls (SVPC), and qualitative objectives monitored through analytics.
Channel pricing requests from customers to Sales Support and manage other customer inquiries through Customer Care.
Contribute to the formulation of the Commercial Action Plan, including defining pricing strategies based on identified opportunities.
Focus on developing specific customer types (Freight Forwarders/Beneficial Cargo Owners or enhancing import/export activities through localization, commodity specialization, and trade-specific strategies.
