Responsibilities & Context:

• Support execution of revenue and base growth initiatives for digital content services (OTT, content packs, bundles)

• Assist in launching campaign-based product propositions across digital channels

• Support campaign configuration and validation across internal systems (pricing, packs, offer setup)

• Coordinate with Tech / IT teams for timely implementation and issue resolution

• Perform pre- and post-launch checks to ensure offer accuracy and customer journey validation

• Maintain execution, dependency, and readiness trackers

• Track campaign KPIs, revenue, MAU, and conversion performance

• Prepare basic reports, dashboards, and performance summaries

• Support coordination with internal stakeholders and external content partners
