Responsibilities & Context:
Executive – Sales (Real Estate)
Find new clients actively (calls, visits, personal contacts)
Meet clients and convince them to buy
Do regular follow-up until deal is closed
Close sales every month – target must be achieved
Arrange and handle site visits properly
Explain project clearly and build client trust
Handle price discussion and finalize deals
Build good relationship for repeat sales & referrals
Keep record of clients and daily work updates
Stay active, positive, and focused on results
