Responsibilities & Context:

  • Achieving individual sales target.

  • Find prospective client by door-to-door visit.

  • Maintain and update customer database.

  • Fixing time with customer about project visits and briefing them about the projects for sales maximization.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting, lead generation, and networking.

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide property information, features, and benefits.

  • Arrange and conduct property site visits and presentations for potential clients.

  • Negotiate pricing, terms and agreements to close sales deals effectively.

  • Assisting sales closing.

  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and follow-ups in CRM software.

  • Provide Weekly reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.

  • Participate in team meetings to discuss sales strategies and market feedback.

  • Represent the company at property expos, trade fairs, and other promotional events.
