Experience:

• Minimum 1 year in Sales & Marketing.

• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional:

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Ability to drive motor cycle.

• Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges with commitment and honesty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and ensure growth within the assigned territory.

• Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers and key customers.

• Ensure market coverage, product availability and visibility.

• Monitor competitor activities and provide timely market feedback.

• Execute promotions and campaigns as per company guidelines.

• Maintain sales reports and market visit records.

• Ensure timely collection and compliance with company policies.

Salary: Tk. 40,000 (Gross per month) + TA/DA + Incentives
