Experience in handling branch-level sales operations

Position Overview
The Deputy Manager – Sales & Marketing is responsible for driving overall revenue growth, brand positioning, and occupancy optimization across all branches. This role oversees both offline and digital sales channels, ensuring consistent business development, customer acquisition, and market expansion. The position requires strategic planning, execution of sales initiatives, and continuous innovation to enhance the organization’s competitive advantage in the service industry.
Job Location: Head Office with frequent visits to branch locations

Responsibilities & Context
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to increase occupancy and revenue
Oversee branch sales performance (both offline and digital channels)
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure achievement
Strengthen brand positioning and visibility in the market
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)
Manage digital platforms, including social media, website listings, and online booking channels
Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and customer demands
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to enhance customer experience
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
Lead, train, and motivate sales teams across branches
Ensure consistent brand communication and service standards across all locations
