Vessel Operations Management: Oversee fleet operations for 15(+) vessels connecting Chittagong with Singapore, Port Klang, and Chinese ports.
Port Operations Coordination: Manage efficient port operations, including vessel turnaround, berthing, and cargo handling.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, liaising with Port and Customs authorities.
Logistics and Supply Chain Management: Coordinate vessel logistics, scheduling, and cargo operations for efficiency.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as primary liaison for shipping agents, terminal operators, and service providers, ensuring effective communication.
Special Cargo Handling: Handle OOG-BBK (Out of Gauge-Breakbulk) and DG (Dangerous Goods) cargo requests from overseas locations.
