Responsibilities & Context:
The WiFi Wireless Broadband Router Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling FWA (Fixed Wireless Access) routers, acquiring new customers, achieving sales targets, and ensuring proper documentation and activation as per company guidelines.
Promote and sell ROBI FWA WiFi Wireless Broadband routers to individual and corporate customers
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets (device sales & connections)
Identify potential customers through field visits, corporate visits, and direct sales activities
Explain product features, packages, and benefits to customers clearly
Conduct door-to-door (D2D), market visits, and corporate campaign activities
Assist customers with registration, KYC documentation, and activation process
Ensure proper SIM insertion, router setup, and basic connectivity demonstration
Coordinate with backend/operations team for order processing and delivery updates
Maintain daily sales tracker and activity report
Follow up with leads to convert into successful sales
Ensure customer satisfaction during sales and post-sales support
