Responsibilities & Context:
A leading telecom operator is looking for a Credit Monitoring Sr. Officer/Officer responsible for monitoring and evaluating customer and partner credit exposure. The role includes assessing creditworthiness, managing international roaming activation, charging IR bills, processing local auto-debit, ensuring compliance with company policies, and working closely with cross-functional teams to mitigate financial risks.
1. Candidate must be Excellent in Microsoft excel.
Monitor and evaluate customer credit exposure and financial risk.
Analyse financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to determine customer creditworthiness.
Evaluate new and existing customer credit limits and recommend adjustments based on analysis.
Handle international roaming activation and IR/Local bill charging.
Generate reports, modify data, and check abnormalities on a daily basis.
Maintain compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
Attend roster-based duty as assigned.
