Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly & yearly sales targets with strong performance.
Develop new clients including real estate companies, developers, architects & corporate clients.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing key clients.
Conduct regular market visits, site visits & client meetings.
Promote company products (Marble, Granite, Tiles) professionally.
Identify new business opportunities and close deals effectively.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Lead and motivate team members (for managerial positions).
Ensure strong follow-up and conversion of leads into sales.
