• Strong experience in corporate and project-based sales

Green Granite & Marble Ltd. is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Corporate Sales for its Chattogram Branch. The role focuses on corporate, developer, and project-based sales of marble, granite, and tiles, ensuring specification, technical coordination, and successful project execution.

Responsibilities & Context

• Achieve assigned corporate and project sales targets for marble, granite, and tiles.

• Develop and manage relationships with real estate developers, contractors, architects, interior designers, consultants, and government / semi-government organizations.

• Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations, BOQs, tenders, samples, and technical/commercial proposals.

• Participate in price negotiations, specification approvals, and deal closures, ensuring margin compliance.

• Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, showroom interactions, and product presentations, highlighting stone specifications, finishes, sizes, quality standards, and applications.

• Provide technical and after-sales support regarding shade variation, breakage, installation, or site application issues.

• Coordinate with factory, logistics, and installation teams to ensure timely and error-free project execution.

• Track ongoing and upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality, and infrastructure projects in the Chattogram region.

• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends within the marble and tiles industry.

• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and client documentation for management review.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, contracts, and project documentation.
