- Take customer reviews offline
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, message, and social media in a timely manner
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
- Assist in order processing, confirmations, and after-sales support
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and pricing
- Record and track customer interactions and feedback
Marketing Executive
- Content Creation: Overseeing the production of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media posts, and email newsletters.
- Channel Management: Executing campaigns across various platforms such as SEO/SEM, social media, display advertising, and traditional print.
- Consumer Insights: Monitoring trends and conducting research to identify new market opportunities and understand customer behavior.
- Budget Oversight: Managing the marketing budget to ensure funds are allocated effectively across different projects.
- Database Management: Maintaining and updating customer databases (CRM) for targeted lead generation and nurturing.
- Field Visit: Go to motorcycle shops to introducing new products and taking orders of new upcoming products.
