• Age 22 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Sound knowledge about QA & QC.
• Adequate knowledge about computer office applications.
• Candidates from North Bengal are encouraged to apply.

• Manage Quality Assurance and Quality Control team.
• Clear and product specific knowledge about Critical, Major and Minor defects.
• Sound knowledge about inspection criteria like AQL and Levels.
• Responsible for the overall quality of the products produced by the production team and external suppliers.
• Perform random tests to verify quality of products before they are loaded into the containers or covered vans for shipment.
• Implementing improvements to production processes that lead to overall increases in product quality.
• Working together with production responsible as a team to discuss solutions to quality issues.
• Make proactive plans and do the daily activities to comply ISO standard.
• Auditing materials provided by suppliers to assure quality before incorporation into the production.
• Investigating causes of quality problems and proposing solutions.
• Utilizing extensive knowledge of the product's inner workings to diagnose problems.
• Continuing education on newly developing Quality Control techniques.
• Oversee and take full responsibility to ensure Process Control as per correct shipment schedule and production report without error.
• Conduct internal inspection, prepare inspection report and keep all these inspection reports for future necessities.
• Keep all customers feedback about delivered products overall quality and make reactive action plans to resolve these in future production.
• Arrange a monthly meeting with all QC, QS and QA staff from all units and discuss about their present performance and make future plans as part of continuous improvement.
• Make continuous visit to different units of the company and work collectively with all units’ production responsible as a team.
