∎ Minimum 5 to 7 years of work experience in Banking with Credit and Business Operations
∎ Good interpersonal communication skills to maintain a professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Strong knowledge over banking/ financial software & Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieving business target
∎ Maintaining compliance
∎ Administration and premise management
∎ Prepare the retail and SME loan proposals, credit card proposals and forward to linked branch.
∎ Responsible for AOF sending to branch timely.
∎ Effectively manage any day-to-day issues not covered by the listed duties and responsibilities
∎ To work out business and strategic plans with the guidance of HoB and BDCU, HO to achieve targeted profitability, growth, deposit mix and other profitability ratios.
∎ Drive profitability through effective sales strategies, promoting banking products and services and achieving targeted sales goals.
∎ Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure performance aligns with goals. Implement corrective measures when necessary.
∎ Collaborate with other departments and branches/ sub-branches to enhance synergy, share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the bank.
∎ Foster positive customer relationships by providing top quality service and resolving issues promptly.
∎ Represent the bank in the local community, build relationships with businesses and organizations, and participate in community events to enhance bank's presence and reputation
∎ To oversee, monitor, and review all activities to ensure compliance with established schedules and procedures.
∎ To ensure safekeeping of the cash in the vault duly insured
∎ Holding of the Keys of Vault jointly by him along with other Officers of the or by the other authorized Officers/Executives duly approved by Head Office.
∎ Ensure all AML related compliance including CTR and STR.
∎ To Oversee all activities to maintain control and efficiency.
∎ To train up Employees for raising efficiency level.
∎ To have the Lease Agreement of the premises updated so as to avoid any dispute/complication.
∎ To ensure that the vouchers and instruments are passed and signed by the authorized Officers/Executives in accordance with approved limits of signing/passing.
∎ To ensure proper internal security measures of the and to maintain internal discipline and decorum.
