∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
∎ Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To prepare operation bulletin and line lay out for every new style.
∎ Work place designing in a cost effective manner Line balancing.
∎ Conduct & monitor Time- study, capacity study, production study Fixing & monitoring line score sheets by hourly output basis.
∎ Analyze individual operator's performance.Unskilled operator's performance follow up.
∎ Line feeding with sewing technician and Line Supervisors. (COT).
∎ Ensure every sewing operator having skill card with pictures.
∎ Factory Production Incentive report monitoring.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the Management.
