Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in developing sustainable relationship with employers to place BYLC graduates in meaningful positions
∎ Assist in professional development curriculum creation and keeping it up to date with the market trends
∎ Teach and facilitate professional development programs
∎ Create professional development contents for the BYLCx platform
∎ Assist in creating strong promotional contents for the social media platforms to promote OPD and its programs
∎ Support in organizing all OPD programs as and when needed
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla
∎ Organized and systematic way of working with high attention to details
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
∎ Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for improving the professional lives of the youth
∎ Personal qualities should include good presentation skills, creativity, integrity, commitment to public service, independent thinker, and team player
