Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR Policy, HR Reporting, Organizational Development

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Draft and circulate office order, letter, notice as well as renew them from time to time
∎ Assist concern Manager in HR analytics and reporting
∎ Assist in preparing departmental organogram by VISIO, Excel or any other relevant software
∎ Update software on regular basis
∎ Any other activities as and when given by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 29 years
∎ Excellent command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point etc)
∎ Excellent in typing both Bangla (Using Bijoy) & English
∎ Experience in mail-merge
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Ability to finish tasks within deadline
∎ Ability to develop content of any topics
