Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Academic background MIS & Accounts will be given extra advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Maintain routine reporting deadline.
∎ • Daily basis report making & present to Management.
∎ • Monitor each team member is aligned with the performance against the agreed operational plan, competency framework and Key Performance Indicators and ensure that the performance gaps are identified and resolved through on time reporting.
∎ • Ensure regular update of few core responsibility of particular employee.
∎ • Analyze outcomes and impacts of the responsibility given by Management.
∎ • Provide informational inputs to MD, Factory Head & Other seniors regarding daily production, target vs achievement, any disciplinary occurrence etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ • Positive attitudes & Negotiation skill.
∎ • Able to work under pressure.
∎ • Must have good communication skill in both English & Bangla.
∎ • Must be honest, active and disciplined.
∎ • Candidate should have proper time management ability.
∎ • Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office Management.
∎ • Having practical working experience on MS Excel, Power Point.
∎ • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and write report Bangla and English, lead presentations, training courses, and meetings
∎ • Willingness to learn extensively
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Competitive pay package will be provided for highly deserving candidate. Candidates will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the positions are filled.
