Responsibilities & Context:
- Candidates who have experience in Yarn Costing & TC application process (Spinning ) are highly encouraged to apply.
- Collect actual production data and compare it with the production goal.
- Accurately collect waste cotton, create a waste management report, and compare it.
- Report on raw cotton usage must be prepared and monitored.
- Examine the efficiency of specific machines and the timeliness of maintenance operations.
- Prepare a daily report on production and compare it to the objective.
- Analyze the present system and make suggestions for improvement.
- Coordination with the sales team and information synchronization as needed.
- Need to be familiar with the GRS, OCS, GOTS, and RCS certification procedures.
- Extensive understanding of TC application capability
- Any other job assigned by seniors/ management.
