Collect daily demand order from BDFP sales centers & distributors nationwide and co-ordinate to factory for smooth distribution.
Co-ordinate with all APM, RSM and ASM to realize receivables daily, weekly and monthly basis and support to department head and prepare report.
Manage the settlement of TP/CP/damage claim and price list.
Co-ordinate with the BDFP accounts department to submit the collected P.O/DD/Cheque from different distributors and listing a record.
Promptly carry out of sales data analysis and provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.
Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner and Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
Keep records of SR’s attendance/leave/leave balance.
Manage distributor code opening, monthly statement of sales centers, distributors & others business channels.
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
