Responsibilities & Context:

• Collect daily demand order from BDFP sales centers & distributors nationwide and co-ordinate to factory for smooth distribution.

• Co-ordinate with all APM, RSM and ASM to realize receivables daily, weekly and monthly basis and support to department head and prepare report.

• Manage the settlement of TP/CP/damage claim and price list.

• Co-ordinate with the BDFP accounts department to submit the collected P.O/DD/Cheque from different distributors and listing a record.

• Promptly carry out of sales data analysis and provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.

• Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner and Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.

• Keep records of SR’s attendance/leave/leave balance.

• Manage distributor code opening, monthly statement of sales centers, distributors & others business channels.

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
