∎ Graduation in any discipline from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Verify compliance and onboard merchant
∎ Generating QR and Store Creation
∎ Collect ID from individual banks for merchants
∎ Assist Supervisor/HOD in Developing and implementing compliance and system upgradation
∎ Investigate and solve merchants’ problems
∎ Coordinate with the technical and compliance team on a day-to-day basis to ensure compliance
∎ Anticipate and analyze prevailing market trends at any particular period
∎ Verify Change Request for merchant account information, bank details etc.
∎ Calculate all risks related to business and transaction proposals
∎ Employ compliance for merchant onboarding guided by the regularity body
∎ Recommend to the organization improvement precautionary measures
∎ Follow up with merchants and assist them to complete online registration.
∎ Maintain relationship with Bank/Financial Institutes for merchant stable connectivity
